This week during the Healthy Body Healthy Mind campaign, we will be practicing creating mindful moments of meditation using the CALM body scan. In making this conscious effect to focus on how our body feels in the present moment, it always us to build more awareness, show more kindness and compassion and slow our busy minds down for a moment. So you are encouraged to take 5 Easy breaths and then practice CALM. Rest, Reflect, Restore & Be Still. (Try adding some relaxing sounds or music when you practice CALM)
