As we end this challenge, take time to reflect on the various mindful activities you may have practiced throughout the month. Whichever one connects with you most, incorporate in your daily practice. Continue to create mindfulness moments throughout your day to be more present in the moment, be more aware, decrease stress and anxiety, and overall take care of your body & mind. Remember Healthy Bodies Healthy Minds. Create time for BE STILL moments and Rest, Relaxation and Be Present. Thank you to the NDC for giving me another opportunity to be a part of this Mindful Challenge.
