This week during the Healthy Body Healthy Mind campaign, we will be practicing creating mindful moments of reflection and meditation. In making this conscious effect to reflect on a specific thought/s, we can help to not only focus on the positive things in our life, but also show kindness and compassion towards ourselves in the moment. So you are encouraged to continue using one or two of the practices from last week, while adding the Mindful Moment of the day. Rest, Reflect, Restore & Be Still.
