Life Options is honored to be a part of the NDC Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds month. Each day you will find a Mindful Thought of the Day to reflect on with your students or as a family. Enjoy a few minutes each day reflecting and showing gratitude, while taking time to Be Still for a moment. As we begin to wrap up this series and the Healthy Bodies Healthy Minds campaign, take some time to reflect on what changes have you seen in yourself as you integrated healthy choices and mindful moments.
