Mindful Thought for November

Life Options is honored to be a part of the NDC Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds month. Each day you will find a Mindful Thought of the Day to reflect on with your students or as a family. Enjoy a few minutes each day reflecting and showing gratitude, while taking time to Be Still for a moment. A different Mindful Thought will be posted each day for your reflection.
